1) Marketing Projects Co-ordinator
When you spend a good part of your life working, you’d want to make sure you’re in the right company of people and projects that keeps you inspired and motivated. Here at Xperiential Events, we are driven to change how businesses think and take action on social issues by creating iconic event platforms that identify the business opportunities in social challenges, especially in industries that drive Asia’s economic growth and development including ageing, healthcare, property, finance, tourism and education.
We are equally driven to continually better the environment you work in through experiential learnings and goals that you will set for yourself. There are no boardroom meetings, cubicles or management you will only get to know from the company’s annual report – only brainstorming sessions, direct access to anyone including “the boss” and play zones with a nice view of treetops from wherever you sit in the office.
We are currently looking to grow our family to include more free-spirited individuals, specifically one who thrives on hands-on project management in a collaborative environment, enjoys writing (or more importantly create content without typos) and can network with strangers. No matter your industry or background, we believe in growing our staff in order to grow the company.
If you are keen to join our work hard, play hard culture as a Marketing Projects Co-ordinator with a starting salary of S$1700–$1900, write to us on how you can make a difference to our Mondays and Fridays and submit together with your resume, stating last drawn and expected salary, date of availability and a recent photograph to email@example.com.
2) Events Project Executive (Sales)
We are looking for candidates with tenacity, positive attitude, persistence and initiative. You should enjoy talking to senior level decision makers over the phone and an ability to establish rapport with clients and gatekeepers.
3) Temporary Events Coordinator (4 Months – January to April 2013)
Our upcoming event, Ageing Asia Investment Forum 2013, the 4th conference of the AAIF series will focus on the development of age friendly communities that integrate healthcare, housing and seniors’ care. Currently in Asia, there is a huge baby boomer market waiting to be tapped. AAIF has identified the sectors that would benefit from capturing the new generation of better educated, affluent and empowered ageing baby boomers who continue to accumulate higher disposable income.
The successful candidate will enjoy a fun learning environment, with opportunities to develop new skills in events management, as well as share in our achievements and success. Opportunities for permanent positions also available upon completion of the project.
Only Singaporean and PRs may apply. Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
Interested candidates are invited to submit your cover letter and resume, stating last drawn and expected salary, date of availability together with a recent photograph to The HR Manager.
